Not knowledgeable enough on the industry to speak on cost, but our technician, Tim, came and and changed ours from vented to ventless. He was very quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. Explained everything very patiently to make sure we understood.

The service from this place is the best anyone could ask for… everything from setting the appointment, the friendliness of the owner and staff, and the quality of the service. Having your gas logs serviced in the winter is not an easy thing to do. Look no further, as the owner Tim personally tends to your service. This is my second year using FlameTech. Setting the service call was easy, and Katie in their front office went above-and-beyond with customer service to notify me within 24 hours of a cancellation and offered me the service call. They made the timing was flexible to my needs and work schedule, and the owner personally came to my home. He was extremely professional, placed a covering on the floor around the fireplace to not make a mess, completely removed all the logs, cleaned them, totally cleaned the fireplace, CHECKED for leaks, gave me new embers, changed batteries in my remotes, and did the little things that made a big difference. I use my gas logs often, and I am very thankful to have such terrific service. Thank you Katie and Tim!!!

Great customer service! Had Flametech out to service our gas fireplace. They are very knowledgeable and were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

We were able to get a service appointment booked for February for a repair of our gas fireplace. Booking process was easy, although they were booked out a while. They confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up on time. Repair was done promptly. They were a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

From the initial appointment phone call to the service technician, Tim; great experience with Flametech. Tim repaired our gas fireplace and left it and the area around where he worked clean. He was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went along. Charges were just as they had been explained over the phone. We will absolutely be using Flametech again in the future, if we ever have problems with our fireplace.
